Brief History
EMTAG was formed to bring emergency medical technicians serving Ghana under a common professional voice. The association grew from the shared need for representation, welfare support, unity, and stronger recognition of EMTs within the pre-hospital emergency care system.
Through the years, EMTAG has continued to organize members across regions, promote professional dignity, and support the national emergency response mission through advocacy, communication, and leadership development.
